Arizona ‘Fantastic Adventures’ YouTube Mom Accused Of Abusing Children Dead

FLORENCE – The woman who operated a popular YouTube channel, Machelle Hobson, featuring videos of her children until she was arrested and charged with child abuse died on Tuesday.

Hobson, a 48-year-old mother in Arizona, died from natural causes according to the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.

Hobson earned hundreds of thousands of dollars from her “Fantastic Adventures” videos, which featured her seven children. In March, she was charged with abuse after the children told police they’d been beaten, locked in a closet for days at a time, and pepper-sprayed.

She was indicted by a grand jury on Monday, March 25, 2019. The Pinal County Attorney’s Office charged Hobson with 30 counts for her alleged actions involving five juveniles in the case.
