A McClintock High School staff member of the athletic department, Dustin Johnson, is in custody after being accused of child sex trafficking.
According to the Tempe Police Department, on November 22, 2021 at approximately 8:30 p.m., the 40-year-old Johnson was arrested and booked into the Tempe City Jail for one count of Child Sex Trafficking and one count of Money Laundering after an investigation revealed Johnson offered a minor cash in return for a sexual act.
There is currently no information as to whether there are other victims, however the investigation is ongoing.
