Phoenix Police Department officers have made an arrest in the theft of a Make-A-Wish Foundation statue. The statue was found in pieces.
On January 10, 2023 Burke admitted to his involvement in this case. He was booked into jail on multiple felony charges to include theft and trafficking of stolen property.
On January 4, 2023 just before 1:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of 1700 East Highland Avenue regarding the theft of the statue that had been the front of the Foundation’s building.
