In terms of activity, this was a very light week overall. Consequently, the activity associated with the bills we are tracking was also rather light. All the bills we are watching that saw action this week passed
Here are some highlights:
HB2289: Adds language to bonds and override publications to better disclose their taxation impact.
HB2383: This good education bill was killed by a Strike Everything amendment dealing with trampoline court regulations.
HB2955: Successes in the quest to lower motor fuel costs have been scarce. This bill is one of them
