Buckeye Police Arrest Army Recruiter For Sexual Conduct With Minor

An Army recruiter, Joseph Cooper-Breceda, age 25, has been arrested and booked for Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

On May 9, 2018, a high school administrator notified a Buckeye Police Department School Resource Officer that a student had alleged Cooper-Breceda engaged in sexual conduct with a juvenile student.

Cooper-Breceda was assigned to west valley high schools.

    I’m guessing while the Army motto is “This We’ll Defend”, that Cooper-Breceda won’t be getting that same support from his soon to be former employers.
    In an ironic twist of words:
    I am an American Soldier. I am a Warrior and a member of a team. I serve the people of the United States and live the Army Values. I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills. And in addition I’m actively engaged in Sexual Conduct with a Minor……

    Simply indefensible….

    Wait—-until all the info is in. There seem to be a LOT of accusations out there that may not (or may) be justified. “Me too”.——Just sayin’.
