Just hours before the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling keeping the Trump administration’s Title 42 policy in place, Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines released shocking video of hundreds of migrants crossing into the U.S. near Yuma.

The Court ruled on Tuesday in a case brought by the state of Arizona and others, challenging the Biden administration’s plan to terminate Title 42, a Trump-era border policy intended to slow border crossings and address public health needs.

The 5–4 decision, with Kagan, Sotomayor, Jackson and Gorsuch dissenting, is only temporary, but the Court agreed to fully consider the case in its February session.

U.S. Sees Worst November At The Border On Record

Last week, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released data showing 233,740 illegal immigrants were apprehended attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border in November, making this the highest total for November in DHS history. That is a 332 percent increase from the average number of November apprehensions during the Trump administration.
