Honestly, this is what Raul Grijalva did…he threw it away. He had the incredible seniority, the powerful, full committee chairmanship, the works…and couldn’t ‘bring home the bacon’ to his desperately poor district, which had placed so much faith in him. Raul got away with that crap because to his benighted district, peanuts looked like a bounty; most Arizonans know better; we’re used to “running with the big dogs, not peeing like a puppy.”

If Arizonans had guts, they would take the horns and actually do something other than bloviate. Your vote means NOTHING. It only matters how much work and $$ you put into getting someone better elected. Maybe you would like your life ruined, but believe there is a shot you can help stop the decline, like Trump and DeSantis. Bill, hate to tell you but I am very afraid the purple state of AZ is not blue and is not going to change in the near future. It is a mere illusion that AZ is purple. It is Blue! All key positions are in D hands. The one member “majority” in the state Legislature is fake, due to the low quality of those so called conservatives. And finally, the dumbed down AZ voter base is clearly supporting hard core left ideals.

The answer unfortunately is ‘Yes’. I present Hobbs, Mayes, Fontes, another Grijalva and the Maricopa County BOS as evidence of what the voters of Arizona are looking for in political ‘leadership’.
The current electedd leadership, minus the state legislature, has an agenda and it does not align with the voting population. Justin Heap is facing resistance from the BOS and State Government in implementing reforms that would clean up the voter rolls. Lets be honest, the current administration in our State does not work for the People of Arizona. We are slowly converting to a California State. Similar to Oregon and Washington. Its a slow implementation but currently you have Office holders who have proven their disdain for the people they are supposed to work for. Every election is critical from here forward and we the people need to watch everything thats done by State and County Officials.
